Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to exchange your product. Once your request is confirmed, you will have another 7 days for the product(s) to reach us.

We do not offer direct refunds. Instead, you can:

  • Exchange the product for another size (an additional exchange handling fee of ₹249 will be charged), or

  • Choose another product of the same value or you can choose another product and pay the difference

We will arrange a reverse pickup for you. The pick-up attempt will be made twice. If the delivery service is unable to pick up the package, you must return the shipment to the company’s address provided in the Contact Us section.

Reverse Pick Up is contingent on the service being available in your area pin-code.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as you received it. It is mandatory for the product tag and labels to be intact for us to process the exchange successfully.

We will not be able to process an exchange if the products are used, damaged, or returned in poor condition.

All queries will be answered between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Any outstanding queries will be addressed on the next working day. Please note that we do not resolve customer queries on WhatsApp.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you wish to make changes after dispatch, you can initiate an exchange once the product is delivered to you.

Note: Any products ordered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis are not eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ensure timely deliveries and, depending on the location, most orders are delivered within 8–9 days.

Shipping information can be updated or changed within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
